Article de "la Réforme" - Une annexe. -
The newspaper “La Réforme” published a negative article on the Ottoman Empire. Carathéodory noticed that international newspapers, amongst others “New York Herald” and “Le Temps”, took over this negative message but is glad to tell Saïd Pacha that the Belgian press didn’t. He asks for a list of all newspapers that have subscribers in the Ottoman Empire.
